I understand that every effort will be made to send messages to members of this list. However, I also understand that in extreme weather situations power outages or Internet outages could prevent messages from being issued and that at any time network traffic can slow delivery. I understand this list is a service of the school system and agree to hold the school system innocent if the messages are delayed or not delivered.

Further, I realize that I may need to enter closings@nelson.kyschools.us as an allowable address in my computer's spam filter so messages will not be blocked. I also acknowledge my understanding that some ISPs may block messages at the network level.
